SCH × LoL is exclusively available to verified members of SapanaCyberHub × Listen. To access the Platform you must:

• Hold an active, verified SCH × Listen account in good standing.
• Be authenticated through Firebase via your Listen credentials — no separate LoL registration exists.
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction).
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from SCH × LoL or SCH × Listen.

SapanaCyberHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for commercial gain outside the Creator Monetization programme.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform programmatically.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to inflate engagement metrics (views, likes, shares).
• Create multiple accounts to game the streak, credit, or earning system.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's Firebase servers, Cloud Functions, or security mechanisms.
• Upload malicious code or content designed to harm users or infrastructure.
• Impersonate SapanaCyberHub, its staff, or other users.
• Circumvent any access control, gate screen, or authentication mechanism.
• Attempt to manipulate LoL Creator Credits, engagement scores, or estimated earnings outside normal in-app activity.

You retain ownership of original content you upload. By posting on SCH × LoL, you grant SapanaCyberHub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform and affiliated SapanaCyberHub channels for the duration the content is live (48 hours) and for promotional archive purposes thereafter. This licence does not transfer ownership. You may request post-expiry removal through the SCH × Listen support channel.

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Estimated earnings displayed in-app are projections, not guarantees. Actual payouts depend on ad revenue realisation.
• SapanaCyberHub is not liable for loss of earnings, data, or revenue resulting from Platform downtime, account suspension, or policy changes.
• Sponsor-related rewards (Listen Coins from bonus sessions) are processed server-side; delivery is not guaranteed for every session visit.
• Aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount transferred to your Listen Wallet from LoL in the preceding 3 months.

SapanaCyberHub reserves the right to modify these Terms, the Platform, features, fee structures, and earning mechanics at any time. Material changes will be announced via the Platform or the SCH × Listen channel. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bihar, India. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply alongside these Terms.

• Platform Operation: Authenticating you, loading your personalised feed, tracking engagement, and calculating earnings.
• Monetization: Computing Creator Credits, engagement scores, and estimated earnings to facilitate wallet transfers.
• Anti-Abuse: Detecting bot activity, duplicate accounts, and artificial engagement inflation.
• Advertising: Third-party ad networks (Monetag, Adsterra) may use anonymised signals to serve relevant ads. We do not sell your personal identity to advertisers.
• Leaderboards: Displaying your creator ID and engagement score on the daily LoL leaderboard — visible to all authenticated LoL users.
• Support: Diagnosing issues and responding to user requests through the SCH × Listen support system.

• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions) — core infrastructure provider.
• Monetag (vignette & in-page push ads) — anonymised engagement signals only; no PII shared.
• Adsterra (banner & native ads) — standard ad targeting; no personal PII shared directly.
• DiceBear (avatar API) — no personal data shared beyond a random seed string.

We do not sell, rent, or broker your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

The Platform uses browser localStorage to store: IDs of posts you have already seen (to avoid repetition), IDs of posts you have liked (to prevent duplicate likes), and timestamps of posts you have viewed (30-minute cooldown for view credits). This data never leaves your device and can be cleared via your browser settings at any time.

• Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request account and data deletion, subject to financial record retention obligations.
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for advertising purposes.

Submit all privacy requests through the SCH × Listen support channel. We respond within 30 days.

All data is stored in Google Firestore and Firebase Storage with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Engagement records and earning data are retained for a minimum of 12 months for audit purposes. Uploaded media is stored in Firebase Storage; when a post expires after 48 hours, the post document is archived but media may be retained for moderation review purposes.

• ✓ Original funny videos, memes, GIFs, and images you created or have explicit rights to use.
• ✓ Relatable comedy — everyday situations, harmless fails, clever edits.
• ✓ Clean roasts and parody that do not target real individuals maliciously.
• ✓ Satire of ideas, trends, or public concepts — not private individuals.
• ✓ Regional language content in any Indian language — diversity is celebrated.
• ✓ Collaborative shout-outs and reactions (with original creator credit in description).

• ⚠ Satirical political content — keep it about policies, not personal attacks on individuals.
• ⚠ Mild profanity — context matters; gratuitous abuse is not comedy.
• ⚠ Dark humour — must not glorify real harm, death, or suffering.
• ⚠ Reaction content — must include your own commentary; do not re-upload others' content wholesale.

The following content will be immediately removed and may result in account termination and earnings forfeiture:

• ✗ Copyright Infringement: Copyrighted music, movie/TV clips, brand logos, or any content you do not own the rights to — including background audio from Bollywood, Hollywood, or any commercial source without explicit licence.
• ✗ Sexual Content: Nudity, sexually explicit imagery or audio, sexual innuendo targeting real individuals. Any content sexualising minors carries absolute zero tolerance — immediate permanent ban and mandatory reporting to authorities.
• ✗ Violence & Gore: Graphic violence, real-world injury footage, torture, animal cruelty, or content glorifying self-harm or suicide.
• ✗ Hate Speech: Content attacking individuals or groups based on religion, caste, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, disability, or national origin. Comedy that punches down on marginalised communities.
• ✗ Harassment & Bullying: Targeted harassment of private individuals, doxxing, threatening language, or coordinated attacks on specific users.
• ✗ Misinformation: Health misinformation, election fraud claims, fabricated news presented as real, or deepfakes designed to deceive.
• ✗ Illegal Activity: Drug promotion, weapons, gambling, fraudulent schemes, or any content facilitating illegal acts under Indian law.
• ✗ Spam & Engagement Manipulation: Bot-generated content, engagement-bait loops, or content designed solely to farm Creator Credits without genuine comedic value.
• ✗ Impersonation: Pretending to be a celebrity, public figure, SapanaCyberHub team member, or another SCH member.
• ✗ Private Information: Sharing another person's private photos, location, phone number, or identifying details without their explicit consent.

Using copyrighted audio is one of the most common policy violations. Key rules:

• Do not use any Bollywood, Hollywood, or commercial music — even as background audio.
• Do not upload clips from movies, TV shows, or streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime, etc.).
• Trending meme sounds: only use those clearly in the public domain or shared under open licence.
• When in doubt — do not use it. There is no penalty for choosing original or royalty-free audio.
• SapanaCyberHub will honour takedown requests from rights holders and will remove infringing posts immediately, forfeiting all associated earnings.

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, report it through the SCH × Listen support channel. Include the post ID (found in the share link as ?lol=POST_ID). All reports are reviewed within 48 hours. False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting account.

To publish a LoL post you must satisfy both of the following simultaneously:

• LoL Streak: Log in and interact with the feed for 5 consecutive days. Missing a single day resets the streak back to zero.
• LoL Creator Credit (LoL CC): Earned by accumulating 1,000 engagement score points through viewing, liking, and sharing other creators' content.
• Posting costs 1 LoL CC, deducted from your balance upon successful post submission.
• These requirements ensure only genuinely active community members become creators — protecting feed quality for all viewers.

Every interaction you perform generates personal engagement score, which drives Creator Credit accumulation. When viewers interact with your posts, that engagement contributes to your post's earning calculation.

Your Profile dashboard shows your current progress bar toward the next Creator Credit (0 / 1000).

As you scroll and engage during a session, you accumulate a session engagement score. When this score crosses a threshold (50+ points) and you have swiped enough cards, a Bonus Card appears offering a possible Listen Coin reward.

• Tapping "Claim" opens a sponsor offer in a new tab and submits your session data for server-side reward calculation.
• Rewards are not guaranteed for every session visit — they are server-side decisions based on sponsor availability and session quality. This is always disclosed on the Bonus Card itself.
• Skipping the Bonus Card carries no penalty whatsoever.
• Any Listen Coins awarded appear in your SCH × Listen Wallet, typically within a few minutes.

• Every LoL post is live for 48 hours from the moment of publishing.
• Your post earns estimated revenue during its 48-hour live window based on viewer engagement.
• After 48 hours the post status changes to "Done" and no further engagement is credited to it.
• Final earnings per post are visible in Profile → Post History → tap any post thumbnail.
• Deleting a live post forfeits its remaining earning potential for that window.

The Daily LoL Leaderboard ranks all creators by aggregate engagement score for the current calendar day. It resets every 24 hours. Creator IDs (not full names or emails) are displayed publicly on the leaderboard to all authenticated LoL users. Top 3 positions receive enhanced feed visibility; there is currently no additional direct monetary reward for leaderboard placement.

SCH × LoL is entirely ad-supported. Ad revenue from Monetag and Adsterra networks funds creator earnings. The following ad types may appear in the feed:

• Banner Ads: Adsterra display banners within sponsored feed cards (auto-sized to your device).
• Native Ads: Sponsored content cards that blend naturally with the LoL feed.
• Vignette Ads: Monetag overlay ads — appear briefly and can be closed.
• Quick-Break Cards: Scheduled sponsor breaks appearing every 5–7 swipes on average.
• Smart Link Cards: Tap-only sponsor links — these never auto-redirect your browser.

Estimated earnings may be partially or fully forfeited if:

• Your post is removed for violating Community Guidelines or copyright policy.
• Engagement on your post is determined to be artificially inflated (bots, coordinated like-rings, etc.).
• Your account is suspended or banned before the transfer threshold is reached.
• You delete a post while it is still within its 48-hour earning window.

Engagement score calculations performed by SapanaCyberHub Cloud Functions are final. There is no appeal process for score adjustments resulting from enforcement action.

Once funds are in your SCH × Listen Wallet, withdrawal to your bank account is handled entirely through the SCH × Listen platform — not through SCH × LoL. The withdrawal rules, minimum amounts, KYC requirements, and processing times are governed by the SCH × Listen Terms and Withdrawal Policy.

SCH × LoL has no visibility into or control over the bank withdrawal process once funds leave the LoL system into your Listen Wallet. All bank withdrawal queries must be directed to SCH × Listen support.

Say you have accumulated ₹3,000 in LoL estimated earnings and initiate a transfer:

• Platform fee (30%) = ₹900 retained by SapanaCyberHub
• Net transferred to Listen Wallet = ₹2,100
• Your Listen Wallet balance increases by ₹2,100
• Your LoL estimated earning resets to ₹0
• You can now request a bank withdrawal of ₹2,100 (subject to Listen's withdrawal minimum) from within SCH × Listen

• Estimated earnings are projections. Final amounts may be adjusted by the server based on ad revenue realisation, fraud detection, or policy reviews.
• SapanaCyberHub does not guarantee a fixed per-view or per-like rate. Rates fluctuate based on ad network CPM, sponsor availability, and overall platform revenue.
• Earnings from posts removed for policy violations are forfeited and will not be transferred under any circumstances.
• If your SCH × Listen account is suspended or closed, your pending LoL earnings may be irrecoverable. Maintaining your Listen account in good standing is entirely your responsibility.
• Tax obligations on earnings received via the Listen Wallet are solely your responsibility under applicable Indian tax law. SapanaCyberHub does not provide tax advice.
• SapanaCyberHub reserves the right to adjust the platform fee percentage, minimum transfer threshold, and monthly frequency cap at any time with reasonable advance notice to users.
• LoL Creator Credits have no monetary value — they are non-transferable access tokens that allow posting. They cannot be sold, gifted, or redeemed for cash.

For policy questions, content disputes, earnings discrepancies, or account issues:

• Use the support channel within SCH × Listen — this is the primary support gateway for all SapanaCyberHub sub-platforms including LoL.
• Include your registered email address, a description of the issue, and any relevant post IDs (found in share links as ?lol=POST_ID).
• We aim to respond within 72 hours on business days.
• For urgent child safety violations, do not wait for support — contact local authorities directly.
